nuTonomy will soon launch a fully autonomous urban taxi service in Singapore. The passenger will just call for their self-driving car using their smartphone. The car will pick them up and let them enjoy the ride.
nuTonomy declares that they will deploy vehicles having the safety-critical driving functions and monitor roadway conditions for the entire trip.
And with regards to this technology, it tells the public to see how this can shift our way of life and lifestyle including new opportunities in this kind of industry.
But of course, now that it is something new and it cannot show proof of perfection, nuTonomy is looking forward to the kind of transportation that the both parties, the passenger and the self-driving car itself will gain comfort from the trip.
It is expected to begin in Singapore’s One North, a business park near national university with a vision to highlight its productivity.
